4. Billing & Balance
- Balance System: Usage is deducted from your account in real-time. Each word processed reduces your available balance by one unit.
- Subscriptions: Plans are billed monthly or annually and automatically renew unless cancelled.
- Balance Top-ups: If you run out of units before your next cycle, you can purchase additional balance to avoid service interruption.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your dashboard. You will keep your remaining balance and access until the current billing period ends.
- Refunds: If you are unsatisfied, contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase for a refund review.
5. Usage Limits
Your subscription includes specific word limits and usage restrictions. Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption or additional charges. We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies.
